Majestic Travels – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Majestic Travels, an affordable luxury travel planning agency dedicated to curating unforgettable travel experiences. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By engaging with Majestic Travels, you agree to all terms outlined below.


1. CONSULTATION FEES & SERVICES


Beginning March 31, 2025, a non-refundable consultation fee is required for all new bookings. No proposals will be sent until this fee is received.

• Individual Travel Consultation Fee: $50

Includes one 30-minute planning call (via phone or Zoom), one customized proposal based on consultation and intake forms, and one round of revisions.

• Group Travel or Special Event Consultation Fee: $150

Includes a 60-minute planning session and up to two itinerary proposals.


Fees are non-refundable and do not apply to your final trip cost. At the discretion of Majestic Travels, the fee may be transferable within 60 days if rescheduling is required. A new consultation fee will be required for major itinerary overhauls, destination changes, or new trip planning requests.


2. PLANNING TIMELINE & COMMUNICATION


Majestic Travels will provide a turnaround time for proposals during your initial consultation. The planning process is collaborative. Clients agree to respond to emails and requests in a timely manner. Failure to communicate within 10 business days may result in cancellation of services (see Section 7: Kill Clause).


3. TRAVEL INSURANCE


Majestic Travels strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, which may include but is not limited to:

• Trip cancellation and interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Evacuation

• Lost luggage and personal belongings

• Supplier default

By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full financial and personal responsibility for any losses incurred. Majestic Travels assumes no liability for financial loss, delays, injuries, acts of God, pandemics, or other emergencies if you choose not to purchase travel insurance. You will be asked to sign a waiver if you decline coverage.


4. BOOKING TERMS & PAYMENTS


All bookings will be paid directly through the vendor or supplier platform, unless otherwise stated. Payment deadlines and cancellation policies are governed by each vendor’s terms and are the client’s responsibility to review. Majestic Travels will advise on these policies but is not responsible for penalties incurred.


5. PRICING & AVAILABILITY


Quotes are subject to change until deposits are made. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment or a deposit is received. Availability of accommodations, flights, cruises, and tours cannot be guaranteed without payment.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Majestic Travels acts solely as an agent for the travel suppliers providing travel services. We do not own or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your trip (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour companies, etc.). As such, Majestic Travels is not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of suppliers

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics

• Personal injury, loss, or damages to persons or property

• Airline schedule changes or missed flights


You agree to hold Majestic Travels harmless for any damages, loss, or injury incurred during your travel experience.


7. KILL CLAUSE – TERMINATION OF SERVICES


Majestic Travels reserves the right to cancel services at any point during the planning process under the following conditions:

• Lack of communication from the client (10+ business days)

• Repeated changes or unreasonable demands

• Disrespectful or abusive communication

• Non-payment of consultation or vendor fees


If services are terminated by Majestic Travels, all work completed remains the property of the agency, and no refunds will be issued. Clients will be notified in writing.


8. DOCUMENTATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS


Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to:

• Passports (valid for 6 months beyond travel dates)

• Visas

• Entry or vaccination requirements


Failure to comply with government regulations is not the responsibility of Majestic Travels. No refunds will be given if travel is denied due to missing documentation.


9. CLIENT AGREEMENT


By paying your consultation fee or engaging in any services provided by Majestic Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. A digital acknowledgment will be required before trip planning begins.
